Precautionary measures

In light of the recent Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak, EDUGATE fair is committed to the health and safety of its visitors, exhibitor, staff, and community. EDUGATE fair developed a plan to support risk-mitigation strategies and to demonstrate compliance with safety guidance and Directions current at the time of the event.

Official opening

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar ,and the Secretary General of the Association of Arab Universities, Prof. Dr. Amr Salama, along with a large number of Egyptian university presidents, have opened the eighth session of EDUGATE. the delegation visited the exhibition and exhibitors’ pavilions and checked the services provided by universities to students to help them shape their future.

Exhibitors

80 exhibitors from the most important Egyptian and international universities from 10 countries participated in the eighth session and met thousands of students and parents. During the exhibition, exhibitors were able to achieve thousands of student application forms.

Visitors

20,000 visitors, students and parents, visited the exhibition over the course of 3 days, to learn about the available opportunities as well as benefited from the exclusive offers offered by universities during the exhibition. Thousands students have already found the opportunities they are looking for and have applied during EDUGATE.

Seminars and orientations

Universities offer orientations and seminars for students through which they explain the university’s programs and areas of excellence. Many universities have organized competitions for students in which they offer valuable prizes to the winners.
